You don’t always need 2+ years of experience at every job you work to get to where you want in your career. If the job has served its purpose, move on. If the job doesn’t offer mobility opportunities, move on. I’m good for quitting a job ✌🏾Byyeeeeeeee! I don’t waste my time for more than a year because, after a few months, I can tell if the job is worth ME or not. My goal was to become an expert talent specialist in multiple industries, and I accomplished it over a period of years without giving my soul to a company in the process.I’ve worked temp jobs, been laid off, and faced numerous challenges along the way, but I still managed to learn how to pivot to the right job paths with the right positions. No matter how many times life changes, the pandemic, or shifts in the job market threw me off track, I found a way to bounce back and progress in my career.The journey doesn’t need to follow tradition and it also doesn’t have to be perfect. As long as you know where you want to end up (or at least an idea) you can easily pivot without causing career stagnation (n. to stay in one position, level, grade, or company past the point of growth and development).
